Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Book weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, and change or pause your schedule when you need to. Just give us 24 hours’ notice.
Should I start with a deep clean?
If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a while, we recommend a deep clean first. Regular visits then keep it at that level in less time.
Do I need to tidy up before you arrive?
Light tidying helps us spend the time on cleaning, not picking up. Put away loose items and valuables, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key or a door code. Tell us how to get in, and we’ll lock up when we’re done.
