What affects the time

- More bedrooms and bathrooms take more time.
- Condition
- A home that hasn’t been cleaned in a while needs a longer first visit.
- Pets
- Pet hair on floors and furniture adds time to vacuuming and dusting.
- Add-ons
- On regular and deep cleans, inside the oven, fridge or cabinets adds time at your hourly rate.
- How often we come
- Regular visits keep a home in shape, so each visit takes less time.
Add-ons
Add-ons are billed by time at your hourly rate, so you only pay for what you need. Mention them in your quote request and we’ll include them in the estimate. Inside the oven, fridge and cabinets are already part of every move-in and move-out clean.

Do your prices include GST?
No. Our rates are before GST, which is added to your invoice.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Every visit is at least 3 hours. It gives us enough time to clean properly instead of rushing.
What if the clean takes longer than the estimate?
We check with you before going over the estimate. You decide whether we keep going or stop at the agreed time.
How do I pay?
You receive an invoice after the clean. Interac e-Transfer is the easiest way to pay.
Should I tip?
Tips are never expected and always appreciated. If you’re happy with the clean, a Google review means a lot to our family business.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
