Will this help me get my damage deposit back?
We clean to a full move-out checklist and are happy to follow your landlord’s own list. The final decision is your landlord’s, but a professional clean and an invoice are strong proof the home was left clean.
Does the home need to be empty?
Ideally, yes. Furniture and boxes block cabinets, floors and baseboards. If some items will stay, mention it in your quote request.
How far ahead should I book?
The end of the month is the busiest time for moves in Edmonton. Book one to two weeks ahead to get the date you want.
Are the oven and fridge included?
Yes. Inside the oven, the fridge and all cabinets are part of every move-in and move-out clean.
